Changes at reception / phones

Please be aware that there may be a delay in getting through to the practice via telephone and a slight delay on our online responses.

The practice is undertaking a few changes on how we can provide better care to our patients.

A member of our Care Navigating team will answer your call or online message and may ask about your symptoms. This is asked so we can accurately navigate you to the appropriate service to ensure your care and needs are met with efficiency and accuracy.

We may signpost you to local services such as an opticians , pharmacy, hearing , physiotherapy etc. Some ailments are not dealt with by a doctor or there may be a quicker service locally which is more appropriate.
