Monton Medical Centre are adapting the way we book appointments. We are undertaking Care Navigation to reduce our routine appointment wait times. This means our reception team will be asking questions regarding your appointment so we can Care Navigate you to the most suitable and efficient service. This could be navigating you to a local pharmacy, Urgent Eye Care or a GP appointment at another local practice or Gateway. Asking questions will help our team determine the most appropriate service for you to avoid delays in delivering all your healthcare needs.
